How to reach us, and what to include so you get a useful answer the first time.

We answer enquiries during office hours, Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 CET. If you write outside them, you will normally have a reply the next working morning.

Asking for a price

The fastest route to a quotation is the quote request form — it captures the sizes and quantities in the format our sales team needs, so nothing has to be asked twice. If you would rather write an e-mail, include:

  • the products you are interested in, with the product codes from the catalogue if you have them;
  • quantities, and the size breakdown if you know it;
  • colours;
  • the standard or class you have to meet, if your site specifies one;
  • the date you need them delivered, and the delivery country.

A quote request is not an order and commits you to nothing — it starts a conversation with a written price at the end of it.

Certificates and documentation

Certificates, Declarations of Conformity and datasheets can be downloaded directly from each product page, so there is no need to request them. If you need a documentation pack assembled for a tender or an audit, or documents in a specific language, e-mail us and say what the submission requires. More detail on how our certification works.

Existing orders

Quote your reference number — it looks like RFQ-MGE2K7QX and appears in the confirmation you received when you submitted the request. It lets us find the exact specification you were quoted, which matters when a colour or a size breakdown is in question.
